Main Event Space
Please note that the prices listed below are for events held in 2025. For events held in 2026, you can find our pricing here.
Our main event space features about 3000 square feet of open space and can seat 120+ people (for more space ask about adding on the primrose room).
Looking to host a smaller event? Take a look at the pricing for the Primrose Room which can seat up to 60!

3 5’ tables (for use as food serving tables, gift tables, etc)
2 cocktail tables (generally used for sign in and cake, doesn’t include linens)

Evening Event: $150 per hour
All Day Event: $100 per hour
Please inquire about terms and conditions for adding additional hours to an event as they’re subject to certain time constraints.

Includes access to all of the items in our onsite decor inventory. You can see some of those items here.

This fee is the venue charge for having alcohol on the premises, it does not include the bar service or alcohol. Clients with alcohol on the premises are required to pay this fee and contract with our preferred bartending company.

We include the initial setup of the tables and chairs to the layout of your choice. We don’t charge anything additional to hold a ceremony at our space along with your reception as long as it fits within your rental time. However, if you’d like help moving tables and chairs to another layout during your event, please contact us for pricing/details and we would be happy to help you!
Photo Appointments
If you’d like to use our venue space for photos, please call (801)-820-4360 for pricing and availability.
*Table and seating removal fee is $150 if you need the space emptied of all tables and chairs in order to take pictures.
